Dr. Garay is a pediatric psychologist in the field of sleep medicine, with a special focus on assessing and treating sleep disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults. Utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Dr. Garay's expertise lies in addressing the unique sleep challenges faced by young individuals.
