ReAL SUMMIT
ADVANCING REMOTE ASSESSMENT FOR GLOBAL EDUCATION
Join us at Yale University for the Remote Assessment of Learning (ReAL) Summit on September 18–19, 2024, where we’ll share the findings of our validation study conducted across seven countries. ReAL, a first-of-its-kind remote learning assessment tool, is designed for children aged 5–14, assessing literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills. Our ReAL network has been rigorously piloting the tool over the past year, and we’re excited to share our results and discuss potential applications. Throughout the summit, we’ll be joined by our academic partners and Save the Children country office colleagues from Cambodia, El Salvador, Mozambique, Niger, oPt, Philippines, and Sudan, enriching our discussions with diverse perspectives and invaluable on-the-ground insights. Furthermore, we will have external leaders in the international education space provide reflections on the promise of remote assessment and applications for research, practice, and policy.
