Daniel Harper, MD

Dr. Harper is an Integrated Interventional Radiology Resident in his final Fellowship year began pursuing interventional radiology early in college while working as a medical scribe in the emergency room and hearing about the combination of innovative and minimally invasive procedures involving nearly every organ system. His interest in IR continued to grow in medical school under the mentorship of Dr. Horacio D'Agostino at LSU Health Shreveport. His residency training since has involved 2 VA hospitals, 3 Childrens hospitals, and 4 Level One Trauma Academic Medical Centers. His interests are broad and include device innovation, pain and spine interventions, interventional oncology, and precision education.
