Yale Radiology Fellowship Applicant Portal

Applicants must be eligible to be credentialed by Yale New-Haven Hospital. Applicants should submit three letters of recommendation (two from clinical mentors/colleagues, and one from an academic/administrative mentor who can attest to the candidate’s leadership potential); a valid standardized test score (Executive Assessment (EA), GMAT, or GRE score which are less than five years old); and affirmation that they will have completed a radiology residency as of the July start date.
