Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital has announced two promotions of Yale Department of Psychiatry clinical faculty.
Cynthia "Cindy" Wilson, MD, associate clinical professor of psychiatry and medical director of the Adolescent Unit, has been promoted to section chief of inpatient psychiatry.
Sean Patterson, MD, assistant clinical professor of psychiatry and attending psychiatrist on the Mood Disorders (WS2) unit, has been promoted to interim medical director of the Mood Disorders Unit. Patterson is former program wide chief of the Yale Psychiatry Residency Program.
Yale New Haven Psychiatric hospital provides care for geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children and has an interventional psychiatry unit for treatment of complex psychiatric illnesses.
