Project INSPIRE - Group Intervention Training Webinar
With support from the Office on Violence Against Women, developed and evaluated by Yale University and the Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services, INSPIRE is a 9-session group intervention for survivors of domestic violence that is present-centered, strengths-based, and forward-focused. The group uses a model in which one facilitator with lived experience of domestic violence and one professional facilitator work together to support survivors.
During this free 2.5-hour webinar, Dr. Tami Sullivan will train attendees on the key components of the intervention, logistics of starting and maintaining a group, and on the 9 sessions of the curriculum. An additional 30 minutes of Q&A time is planned after the webinar for those who choose to attend.
