Dear Colleagues,
As the complexity and opportunities for clinical research have grown, we have been critically reviewing the quality, impact, and efficiency of our services and training programs. Feedback from faculty, staff, and trainees has been invaluable in helping to strengthen and refine our offerings.
In response to this input and to better position Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI) for the future, we have significantly revised our workflows, leadership structure, communication strategies, and financial management. We aim to continually improve service and training, innovate research methods and technologies, and proactively address the needs of our faculty, trainees, staff, and research sponsors—all in service of improving patient health outcomes.
YCCI is also fortunate to have highly skilled professionals with deep expertise in:

- Negotiation with sponsors

- Regulatory affairs
- Community engagement and participant recruitment
