YSM Staff Culture Committee
Formed in 2023, the YSM Staff Culture Committee works to enhance the ways we recognize and appreciate staff at Yale School of Medicine. With a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, the group identifies meaningful opportunities to recognize, honor, and celebrate our community members’ accomplishments and contributions across the school. Their mission is below.
Mission:
Provide actionable and sustainable solutions for the YSM community that fosters a culture of personal and professional growth, connection, appreciation, recognition, and high performance.
