Norris Haynes

Norris M. Haynes, PhD has served on the YCSC faculty since 1985. He served as Associate Professor and Director of Research for the School Development Program. He taught seminars on children and adolescent development and on cultural diversity issues in assessment and treatment. He conducted national and international training on mental health interventions in schools. He has supervised pre and postdoctoral psychology interns.

In addition to many publications as a faculty member, Dr. Haynes co-authored the Yale School Climate Survey that has been widely used nationally and internationally. Dr. Haynes continues to serve on YCSC committees and to work collaboratively with YCSC faculty."
