Biography
Michael Dewar, MD, FACS, FRCS (C) is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He is fellowship trained in cardiac, thoracic, vascular and general surgery. Dr. Dewar earned his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and completed his coordinated surgical residency at McGill University. He was senior registrar at the Hospital for Sick Children at Great Ormond Street, London UK.
Dr. Dewar's clinical interests include aortic valve surgery, minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery, mitral valve repair surgery, and Ross procedure.
