The YSM Controller’s Office has received a number of requests from the VA to invoice for unbilled IPAs. Billing cannot occur unless a fully executed contract is filed with the YSM Controller’s Office.
Note that untimely billing may lead to inaccurate financial reporting for YSM and the university.
