Beatrix uses Organizations to maintain groups of people for lists on webpages. All faculty and staff are affiliated with their home department and the School of Medicine. To organize custom lists for centers, programs, labs, committees, fellowship faculty, etc… we create Teams (formerly known as Display Groups) to create these customized lists.
As before, you may use custom titles and bios for your team and request to add people external to Yale or students.
Organization administrators will find that the new user interface will make it easier to manage membership, sub-organizations, organizational level contacts and locations and more.
Check boxes allows batch processing for quicker maintenance of your team lists.
