How to Extend a Helping Hand
Yale School of Medicine Black Postdoctoral Association
The Yale School of Medicine Black Postdoctoral Association (YBPA) works to address the unique needs of postdoctoral fellows/associates from groups traditionally underrepresented in science.
The overall goal of the YBPA is to build an organization that focuses on the success and well-being of the diverse community of postdocs at Yale, with a specific focus on improving support systems for Black postdocs, where the disparity levels are the greatest, and building a welcoming community throughout Yale that is vibrant, supportive and culturally conscious.
