Vedant Kansara

Hello! My name is Vedant Kansara and I am a junior at Farmington High School. My passion and interest in the fields of medicine and biomedical research has led me to volunteer at multiple hospitals for over 80 hours, assisting doctors, shadowing surgeries and learning about blood testing and transfusion within hospital settings. Prior to YCCI, I researched the biological and chemical properties of organic copper and zinc metal complexes using X-Ray Crystallography at a local university. Right now, I plan to do biochemical and immunology research at a local biomedical laboratory using my knowledge from YCCI.
