Biography
Alix joined the Yale Center on Climate Change and Health after graduating with her Master of Public Health degree in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences at the Yale School of Public Health. In her role as Program Administrator, she leads the center’s communications work and helps to manage student programming and education. Her interests and passions lie at the intersection of environmental conservation, sustainability, public health, and climate and energy solutions.
Prior to Yale, Alix worked as a biologist for ICF International Inc. where she worked to implement environmental mitigation regulations and protect sensitive natural resources on urban development and energy-related projects. Alix graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Technology, and Policy and a concentration in Watershed Systems.
