Biography
Attended Lewis & Clark College for a Bachelors degree double majoring in Biology and Psychology with a focus on Neuroscience. Worked in the lab of Connie Cepko for three years developing gene therapies to combat Retinitis Pigmentosa, a form of genetic blindness, before starting at Yale University. Now pursuing a PhD in Genetics in the Khokha lab, performing functional analysis of disease candidate genes with potential roles in heart development and heterotaxy.
