Bernard Lytton, M.B.B.S., F.R.C.S., Donald Guthrie Professor Emeritus of Surgery, is president of the American Association of Genitourinary Surgeons (AAGUS). The AAGUS is a professional association of academic urologists from around the world. Lytton, who joined the faculty of the School of Medicine in 1962, performed the first kidney transplant in Connecticut in 1967.
