Graduating class of 2013 co-presidents, Heather McGee and Julie Xanthopoulos, are spearheading the 5th annual graduating class gift campaign. They’re asking fellow students to contribute to the Alumni Fund as a way to commemorate their time at Yale School of Medicine. The campaign runs from March 7th to April 7th and participation is their goal. As of March 26th, 30% of the graduating class had contributed. With less than two weeks to go, they’re hoping to break 50% participation – or even to beat out last year’s record: 85% of the class made a gift in 2012.
