ResearchDetails01/01/2003 - PresentGermany; IsraelAbstract/SynopsisDale Martin and Harold Attridge have joined with Jürgen Zangenberg, formerly on the faculty of Wuppertal University, Germany, now at the University of Tilborg in the Netherlands, on a project on archeology, history, and culture of ancient Galilee. They have sponsored two interdisciplinary conferences on ancient Galilee, the first in Germany in August, 2003 and the second at Yale in October 2004. This collaborative project focuses on the study of archaeological material related to regional culture in northern Israel. The project has been completed.
