Research Assistant 1 HSS
Aidan Doyle joined the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence in January 2023 as a research assistant. In this position, he provides research support to the Well-being team, including data management, analysis, and scientific dissemination and scholarship.
Prior to his work at the YCEI, Aidan was a research assistant for the Social Psychology Inquiry Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In this position, he contributed to research on a variety of topics, including pregnancy stigma, workplace bias intervention, social tuning, and perspective taking.
Aidan has a B.A in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut. As an undergraduate, he worked in the Academic Achievement Center as an Academic coach. In this role, he helped students develop academic strategies and provided holistic support to foster academic success.
In his free time, Aidan spends time with his friends and family (including his two cats), plays the trumpet, and paints.
