Kayla Wooley ’21 is the Founder and CEO of Nurse Ranger and the Founder of StaffOnTap, bringing her expertise in senior care technology and entrepreneurship to solve real-world challenges in health innovation. A third-generation leader in her family's healthcare business, she combines her passion for public health and senior care to develop startups that improve elder care. A recipient of the Hartford Business Journal and CT Magazine 40 Under 40 Awards, Kayla was named Connecticut’s Future Leader of Long-Term Care in America by the American Health Care Association.
Additionally, Kayla has also raised over $65,000 in prize money from grants and pitch competitions, winning the Yale Angels Pitch Off and the Cornell Ben Daniels Pitch Competition.
