Carmencita (Menchu) Rubin has been appointed as the new compliance auditor for the sections of Anesthesiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Surgery Trauma/Critical Care. Carmencita has been at Yale since October of 1999 and her background includes working as a Clinical Practice Specialist for the Department of Anesthesiology and for Patient Financial Services.
