Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Support

Safety & Security Resources
Yale School of Medicine (YSM) formed a Safety & Security Committee in early 2022, creating a dedicated forum for addressing safety and security concerns impacting the YSM community.
Mental Health Support
Yale provides access to a variety of mental health and wellness resources for students, faculty, and staff, ranging from therapy, to meditation, to a visit with Heidi—Yale’s therapy dog.
Sexual Misconduct & Harassment Support
Yale School of Medicine strives to be a community free of sexual misconduct and harassment by promoting the essential values of respect and responsibility, providing education, and working with students, faculty, and staff.
Professionalism
YSM's Office of Academic and Professional Development fosters a community of mutual respect grounded in the values of integrity, respect for relationships, and a commitment to community, diversity, and developing others.
