Share YSM Internal News and Announcements
To share internal YSM news, updates, and announcements for publication in the news carousel on MyYSM, the central communication resource for YSM faculty and staff, please follow the instructions below. All submissions will also be considered for publication on the school-wide digital monitors and the “Announcements” section of the YSM Events newsletter, which is distributed school-wide every Friday.
- YSM communications officers: Add the article to Beatrix and suggest it to the MyYSM newsfeed. It will then be reviewed by the MyYSM editorial team and published in the “See More News” section near the bottom of the MyYSM home page. When possible (within the MyYSM editorial calendar), it will be featured in the news carousel at the top of page.
- All others: If your department/central administrative unit (CAU) has a communications officer, please contact that individual to request their help in publishing (as outlined above). If your department/CAU does not have a communications officer, please complete this form.
