We are pleased to announce a new partner program sponsored by the China Medical Board (CMB), which is currently accepting applications:

The CMB Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in China is a unique training program to support U.S. scholars in the biomedical sciences who seek outstanding mentored research training and the opportunity to build collaborative partnerships in China. This program leverages longstanding partnerships at two world-class collaborating Chinese academic centers, and an established community of faculty and leadership dedicated to global health training at Yale.

Trainees will undergo one year of mentored research training under the supervision of an experienced mentorship team from Yale and the collaborating Chinese institution, with the option to extend the fellowship for a second year. At the start of the fellowship in July, all selected fellows will be invited to participate in a one-week orientation at the NIH Fogarty International Center together with other Fogarty-sponsored global health scholars from around the world.There are two training sites available currently:

1. the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences/Peking Union Medical College in Beijing;
2. and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai.
