Global Health Spark Awards

The Global Health Spark Award was created to support YIGH-affiliated faculty as they identify, coordinate, and/or prepare for global health work. Spark Awards are intended to “spark” a larger scope of work, for example, preparation and submission of a proposal for a larger grant opportunity or catalyzing a sustainable scope of work that contributes to the career development of YIGH-affiliated faculty. YIGH will accept one application per person per review cycle.

Special Spark Award for projects in or related to Pakistan

During the 2023 – 2024 academic year, YIGH will also fund up to 3 Spark Awards to YIGH-affiliated faculty for proposals to nurture research or work based in or related to Pakistan.
