  1. Understand the epidemiology and natural history of both unruptured and ruptured cerebral aneurysms
  2. Use the existing evidence to decide when to offer treatment for patients with unruptured cerebral aneurysms
  3. Offer appropriate treatment options for patients with cerebral aneurysms and the risks and benefits of different treatments
