Biography
Renee Fekieta has several years of professional experience on various analytical and quality improvement projects in the healthcare setting. Prior to joining CHIRAL, Renee worked at Yale New Haven Hospital as a data analyst for Quality Improvement/Epidemiology and also as a project leader for Quality in Perioperative Services. She is primarily interested in human factors and QI methods as a means to generate and implement healthcare work processes that positively impact the patient and clinical staff experience. Renee holds a Master of Arts degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors from the University of Connecticut.
