The YSM Office of Communications is launching a new design for faculty and staff profiles on July 25 across all Yale School of Medicine and Yale School of Public Health websites. The Office of Communications partnered with faculty, staff, and leaders throughout the school to create a clean, modern look and provide more options to best reflect your accomplishments, expertise, and the depth and breadth of your work.
In advance of the launch, you can configure and preview your new profile by following these three steps:
- Login to the new Appearance page on your profile in Beatrix.
- Experiment with the new options (instructions are here). These changes will not impact your current profile and you can change them at any time before or after the launch.
- Click the “Test the new design!” button in the right column of the Appearance page to preview the new design.
You will find that there are many new customization options, so we encourage you to read or watch the videos about the new features on our website.
Importantly, no action is required. Your profile will default to the standard settings if you make no changes; however, we encourage you to try the new features to tailor your profile in advance of the launch on July 25.
