Structure of our Simple Model
Figure 8. We used a simple model that contained one dendrite, one soma, and one axon and only three currents: the transient Na+ current, the delayed rectifier K+ current, and a leak current.
The model runs in NEURON and the files can be downloaded here. (The parameters and equations used in this model are given in the next slide)
