Dr. Ritchie Verma is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He received his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Boston University School of Medicine and practiced as an internist at Mass General Hospital. He recently completed his fellowship and master's in clinical informatics from Oregon Health and Science University. Current clinical activities include ambulatory clinic precepting and general medicine ward attending. His research project involves using AI to generate longitudinal clinical summaries for chronic medical conditions for informed, safe clinical decision-making. His other research interests include developing AI scribe use cases in acute clinical care settings and improving patient outcomes by enhancing the effectiveness of predictive models.
