    Overview

Annie Wang, MD, is a radiologist and biomedical imaging specialist who sees patients with musculoskeletal disorders ranging from tendinosis to herniated discs. She also performs bone and soft tissue biopsies as well as steroid injections.

“Musculoskeletal imaging requires a great balance of understanding diagnostic studies and performing interventional procedures,” Dr. Wang says.

With a special interest in sports-related injuries, Dr. Wang says she appreciates helping patients with shoulder dislocations, multi-ligamentous injuries and those with chronic pediatric developmental problems involving the shoulder, ankle, and foot.

“I tell my patients that we provide the highest quality of care for them,” she says.

Dr. Wang is assistant professor of radiology at the Yale School of Medicine.
