Biography

Dr. Vikram Pandit was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health and Humanities from the University of Southern California, while also working at SynTouch Inc., a biomedical engineering company specializing in prosthetics and haptic technologies. During this time, he was also featured in several commercials and media campaigns that highlighted inclusivity and innovation.

Dr. Pandit went on to attend the AUC School of Medicine. He completed his preliminary year in Internal Medicine at Yale–Saint Mary’s Hospital, followed by a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. While at Rutgers, he pursued a mini-fellowship in Neuroradiology and was honored with the department’s “Exemplary Performance as a Resident” award in recognition of his dedication and excellence in training.

He is currently completing a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital, with comprehensive training in advanced imaging, sports injuries, and interventional procedures.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Pandit enjoys powerlifting, distance running, cooking elaborate meals, international travel, and playing competitive trivia.

Overview

Vikram Pandit, MD, is a specialist in diagnostic radiology and biomedical imaging. He focuses on the interpretation of medical images to diagnose a wide range of conditions, with specific focus on the musculoskeletal system. He offers expertise in advanced imaging techniques for sports injuries and performs various minimally invasive interventional procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

As a clinical fellow at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Pandit is involved in comprehensive research efforts aimed at improving diagnostic accuracy in radiology.

Dr. Pandit earned his medical degree from AUC School of Medicine in Saint-Maarten, with a residency in diagnostic radiology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He is currently enhancing his skills through a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital.
