Solanus de la Serna, MD

Solanus de la Serna was born and raised in Bowling Green, Ohio and graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Iowa, where he developed interests in sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, and point-of-care ultrasound. Outside of medicine, Solanus enjoys traveling with his wife and family, hiking, cycling, playing tennis, basketball, and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines.
