Palomi Kurade

Palomi Kurade is a Postgraduate Associate at XRPeds, within the department of Pediatrics at the Yale School of Medicine. She earned her MS in Applied Psychology from the Central University of Andhra Pradesh in 2024 and a BS in Psychology from the University of Mysore in 2022. Before working at XRPeds, they worked as a postgrad at the Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative with Dr. John Pachankis, as a Lab Manager at the Power, Woman, and Relationships Lab, Florida International University with Dr. Asia Eaton, and as a Research Assistant at the Social Neuro-Affective Processes in Psychopathology Stony Brook University with Dr. Benjamin Katz.

Palomi's research interests focus on developing and implementing digital interventions to reduce the impact of stigma, health disparities, and social inequalities on individuals with multiple diverse identities.
