Biography

Senior Advisor at Yale School of Medicine’s Equity Research and Innovation Center (ERIC), where I lead business development and strategic planning to advance research, policy, and practice in health equity. I collaborate with Yale faculty, students, and partners to support high-impact, evidence-based initiatives that address structural drivers of health disparities.

I also lecture in the MBA for Executives – Healthcare program at Yale School of Management, teaching The Business of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder within the Population Health and Health Equity Section.

My professional background combines public policy and investment banking, with a focus on risk management and resilience in healthcare, human services, and distressed assets. I’ve developed and deployed advanced performance monitoring frameworks for public sector accountability and class action litigation in federal court.

Additionally, I advise global and domestic organizations on logistics and secure operations, including credentialing, identity verification, and Duty of Care strategies in high-security environments. I am a member of the U.S. Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and Women in Security (WiS).
