Biography
Julia is currently a Research Assistant in the Huckins Laboratory at the Yale School of Medicine, a psychiatric genetics lab focused on disorders affecting women, children, and vulnerable populations. She graduated from Fordham University in 2021 with a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience. She previously worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Castellano Laboratory at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where the focus was blood-borne factors in the context of neurodegenerative disease. Julia is passionate about the goal of precision medicine in psychiatry and plans to work towards this goal through her research.
