Jonathan McMahon, DO, MA

Jonathan McMahon, DO, is a specialist in emergency medicine who focuses on diagnosing and managing acute medical conditions. He treats patients experiencing everything from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies, using a comprehensive approach tailored to individual patient needs. Dr. McMahon’s practice involves a wide range of procedures aimed at stabilizing and treating patients quickly and effectively.

As an instructor of emergency medicine at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. McMahon is engaged in research related to blood transfusion, emergency medical services, disaster medicine, and quality improvement.

Dr. McMahon received his medical degree from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a residency in emergency medicine-internal medicine at the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University. He also completed a fellowship in emergency medical services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
