Jared Franzman is a PA working with the Yale Addiction Medicine Consult Service and Clinical Advisor for the SUSTAIN APP Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. Jared trained at the Yale Physician Associate Program and worked in Emergency Medicine prior to his time with the Yale Addiction Medicine Consult Service. He provides addiction treatment for hospitalized patients at Yale New Haven Hospital. He also provides clinical education and career mentorship for APP Addiction Medicine Fellows at Yale. Jared is passionate about Harm Reduction and educating current and future providers about addiction medicine.
