Biography

Jannah Wing joined Yale in 2024 as a resident in Interventional Radiology. She earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, where faculty mentorship first introduced her to the diverse, innovate, and impactful field of IR.

Jannah is committed to improving healthcare delivery, advancing global health initiatives, and engaging in advocacy work. Before beginning residency, she completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Systems Engineering. During this time, she co-led an initiative to develop a sickle cell screening program in Sierra Leone. Additionally, she worked for several years as a domestic violence advocate, providing support in a safehouse and offering crisis counseling via hotline.

Outside of medicine, Jannah enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, hiking, sailing, and skiing.
