Ivette Aquilino

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, she is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) working with Communications and Public Relations, Ivette provides a high level of administrative and organizational support in all capacities including scheduling and calendar management for Assistant Dean and team. Also responsible for expense management, reimbursements, bids, requisitions, and invoicing; communications and special projects; presentations; maintenance of shared drives for archives and team collaborative tools. Responsible for communications project and team calendars, creating/publishing newsletters and announcements via yalemessages; post news stories and clips on YSPH website; and monitoring news queues and events, for approval to be shared on our sites. She tracks data necessary to aid mission critical goals of the department.

In her previous role before joining the team, she was a Senior Administrative Assistant at CORE, where she primarily provided administrative support to Harlan Krumholz, MD, SM as well as the administrative operations team.

Ivette’s previous experience before joining Yale included working with a diverse group of companies where her experience was providing executive C-Suite level support in CPG, Reinsurance, Marketing, Finance, HR and various industries.
