Dr. Moscovitz earned his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and in emergency medicine at George Washington University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in emergency medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
