Biography

Dr. Mills is a board-certified bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical neuropsychologist, specializing in the assessment of neurological disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. A neuropsychological evaluation assesses cognitive and emotional status, within the context of multiple influencing factors (e.g., developmental experiences, culture), and aims to provide diagnostic opinions and recommendations for treatment and future care planning. Dr. Mills' interest in the brain and behavior began during her undergraduate education, where she majored in neuroscience. She earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford and went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the VA in Boston.
