Felix J. Klimitz, MD

Felix J. Klimitz, MD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Yale School of Medicine under the mentorship of Professor Bohdan Pomahac. His current research focuses on Vascularized Composite Allotransplantation and surgical outcomes in reconstructive surgery. In addition to his appointment at Yale, Dr. Klimitz is completing a residency in Plastic, Hand, and Reconstructive Surgery at the BG Trauma Center Ludwigshafen, Germany. He earned his medical degree and doctorate (Dr. med.) from the University of Heidelberg in Germany.
