Andrea Bradley, MHA, CHC, CHPC

Andrea Bradley joined Yale Medicine in 2021 and has more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Yale Medicine (YM), supporting a clinical enterprise of more than 3,000 providers. In 2025, her role expanded to include Chief Compliance Officer for the Aligned Clinician Enterprise, overseeing coordinated compliance programs across Yale Medicine and Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), which together encompass more than 4,500 clinicians.

In addition to her enterprise compliance leadership roles, Andrea also serves as a Senior Director of Compliance for the Yale School of Medicine, where she partners across a matrixed environment of institutional compliance functions to advance a cohesive compliance framework aligned with the school’s missions of education, research, and clinical practice. Andrea is an active member of multiple governance and oversight bodies, including the Yale Medicine Compliance Committee, the Yale Conflict of Interest Committee, the Yale Risk Advisory Council, and the Enterprise Healthcare AI Governance Committee.

Prior to joining Yale, Andrea served as the Compliance and Privacy Officer for Asante in Southern Oregon, where she also held leadership roles in patient relations, risk management, and document control. Her earlier career experience includes roles in pharmaceutical sales and banking, where she developed foundational skills in operations, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Southern California. She is also certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
