Amy Anderson

Amy Anderson joined the Department of Internal Medicine in July 2019.

In her role, Anderson supports several sections—including Nephrology, General Internal, and Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine—as well as the residency training programs.

Prior to joining Yale, she was a communications manager at a local nonprofit. As a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, she earned a B.S. in Communications with a specialization in advertising and promotions. Anderson received SCSU’s The Lawrence E. Fitzgerald Award for Outstanding Achievement and was presented with the Yale Department of Internal Medicine’s Staff Service Excellence Award in 2024.
