Reshma Chacko, MSN

Reshma Chacko is a Board Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters of Sciences in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University with a focus on adult health. Currently she practices as a pain management specialist at the Spine Center. She believes that every patient's perception of pain is different and her primary focus is to help patients manage pain by providing individualized plans of treatment tailored to their needs. In her spare time she's an avid reader, enjoys outdoors and time with her family.
