Meredith Carnelli, APRN (BC), DNP

Meredith Carnelli, DNP, APRN (BC), is a nurse practitioner with the Adult Inpatient Palliative Care team. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Salve Regina University and her doctorate in nursing practice from Quinnipiac University, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming an APRN, Meredith worked for 6 years as a staff nurse on the Hematology and Oncology units at YNHH. She joined the Palliative Care team in 2020 after practicing for several years in primary and urgent care. Meredith holds a special interest in caring for patients coping with advanced cancer.
