This issue of Alert contains some welcome and important details on new CMS requirements for coding many of our visits. The Compliance team is working on learning modules for these, as we keep updating to stay in line with the latest from CMS. The pace of changes can be dizzying, and disheartening, but we try to get information to you as soon as possible when announced by CMS, often just weeks before taking effect. Please pay special attention to the shared visit information if you work with APPs and use shared visit billing.
