FoodCORE: A Collaborative Program to Improve Foodborne Outbreak Response
June 03, 2019FoodCORE is a national, CDC-coordinated program that provides targeted resources to seven state and local health departments to improve the completeness and timeliness of foodborne disease surveillance and outbreak response. FoodCORE develops and implements new and improved methods to detect, investigate, respond to, and control foodborne disease outbreaks. This video introduces new FoodCORE staff and partners to the structure, accomplishments, and processes behind the FoodCORE program.
